I am a Pilates Instructor specialising in personalised one-to-one Reformer Pilates which can benefit those:

- needing physical rehabilitation

- managing general aches and pains 

- recreational sports people, athletes and dancers to achieve optimal performance 

- looking to tone, sculpt and lose weight i.e. general fitness

- dealing with grief

- looking for pre and post natal fitness and 

- with longstanding injuries/ chronic illnesses. 


Awaken Pilates is a one to one Reformer Pilates Studio based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, dedicated to a personalised, holistic approach. I commit not only to physical fitness, body sculpting & wellness, but also to optimising strength, posture, alignment, focus, flexibility, performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation.


I teach my clients a process of awareness and change. How to become aware of how their bodies are moving and re-educating them on unhelpful movement strategies. I enhance their ability to do what they do with a greater ease and efficiency, and improve their daily functioning. We explore the body through a bio-mechanical, psycho-social-neuro-myo-fasical approach. 


Our home based studio is designed to create a peaceful and welcoming environment where you can focus on your practice with no distractions. We have state-of-the-art equipment to meet your needs and fitness/ pathologies. All sessions are 1-2-1 for the most detailed care and attention. 


With extensive experience helping people resolve pain and rebuild function, I combine movement science, biomechanics and personalised progression to help clients feel and move better.


I specialise in movement rehabilitation, pain management and functional strength supported by an Initial Movement Assessment.

Not always — but if you’ve been advised by a healthcare professional to pursue movement-based rehabilitation, we work seamlessly with them.


Will this hurt?


Our priority is safe, progressive movement. Sessions are adapted to your body’s capacity and recovery needs.


How quickly will I see results?


Most clients notice meaningful changes within 2–6 months when following their tailored programme, but many see results much sooner.
